Debbie is a long-time Cochrane resident who knows how to put her expertise in all things real estate to work for you, meeting your specific criteria & needs in the Cochrane & Calgary area. As a Realtor representing Royal LePage Benchmark, she believes in providing the highest standard of service to her clients and it shows up in the results she is able to achieve.
I have been in Real Estate since 2008. My business is focused on primarily Residential which includes Single Family homes, New or Resale, Condo & Acreages. There is a certain feeling that my clients experience when they have found their home and this is my favorite moment in my career. I am in it for the long haul whether it takes weeks, months, or even years because when my clients do experience "the feeling" I am right there with them.
Bringing smiles to peoples faces and helping those in need is the core of my values and my passion. I have been deeply involved in the Cochrane community since I opened my first business, Mehtab East Indian Cuisine, in 2011, quickly followed by the purchase of Joe’s Liquor in 2012, and my families move to Cochrane in 2013. Whether it’s one of the many organizations in our community or feeding somebody a free meal from my restaurant, I am always happy to help.
I arrived in Cochrane in 2014 and immediately began my extensive volunteer work within the community. I currently serve as a Board member on the Cochrane Immigrant Services Committee, as well as the Cochrane Society for Housing Options (CSHO). Volunteering is something I love to do and I continue to support many organizations in town. I was awarded Citizen of the Year in 2018. I speak fluent English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
I have been a resident of Cochrane since 1997, and have been proud to call it my home ever since. As the operations manager, I enjoy being part of a team that is dedicated to giving back to the community and celebrating all the wonderful things our town has to offer. It's a great feeling to see our efforts make a positive impact on the lives of others. In my role, I assist from behind the scenes to ensure that everything from contracts, to events, run smoothly.
